I had an amazing stay at Splash Boutique Guesthouse. The views over the Atlantic Ocean and Table Mountain were absolutely stunning, and the hotel was impeccably clean. The breakfast was nice, but I found it a bit limited with just cheese, cereals, and coffee. Also, I wasn't a fan of the strict cell phone policy that kept me from enjoying the lounge and pool area with my phone.
